Recipe: Lemon Prawn Salad

Spring Onions

Marbled potatoes (boiled)


Bean Sprouts


Sour Cream

Salt and Pepper



Cooking Instructions:
Peel the prawns and season with lemon. Saute garlic in some melted butter, then add in prawns and wait until cooked. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, add in your spinach, bean sprouts, celery, spring onion, and marbled potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add mayonnaise and sour cream. Add cooked prawns. Mix all ingredients well and serve.
