If you ever find yourself wondering what dessert you could make for your little ones (or just for you, why not), go ahead and try making our nice and easy panna cotta recipe. This particular recipe is for a S’mores Panna Cotta, but you can change up the contents to make your dessert any flavor you like. Our tip? A little bit of vanilla extract goes a long way! Why not add it to your cream mixture? Or drizzle the whole thing with dulce de leche and mangoes!

For the Panna Cotta:

2 cups Milk

2 envelopes (or 14g) Unflavored Gelatin

4 Cups Cream

½ cup Sugar

Chocolate Melts

Graham Cracker Crumbs

In a large bowl, mix together your 1 ½ cup milk and gelatin.

Add your cream,  half a cup of milk and sugar to a pot and let it boil over medium heat. Remove from the heat and gently stir in some of your milk and gelatin mixture.

You can strain the entire mixture to remove any clumps.

Pour the panna cotta mixture into your molds or serving glasses.

Refrigerate for at least an hour.

Add graham cumbs to the top of your panna cotta.

Melt down your chocolate and cool before adding it to your panna cotta.

Sprinkle with marshmallows!
